We deliver across mainland UK.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or other remote postcodes may incur additional costs or extended delivery times. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm details.
Tile orders are shipped on pallets via specialist couriers to ensure safe transit. Deliveries are made kerbside only, which means the pallet will be unloaded to the nearest accessible point outside your property.
Please make sure:
There is clear, level access for a large delivery vehicle.
Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
If access is restricted (e.g. gravel driveways, narrow roads, or no parking), please inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative option.
If redelivery is required due to missed delivery or unsuitable access, additional charges may apply.
Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
We’ll confirm your estimated delivery date once your order has been processed.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives:
Check that the number of boxes or pallets matches your delivery note.
Report any damages, missing boxes, or visible breakages to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We understand that plans can change — here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the tiles are in their original, unopened boxes and in a resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
Once received and inspected, a refund (minus the original delivery charge) will be processed within 7 working days.
If your tiles arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with photos.
We’ll arrange for replacements, a partial refund, or a full refund where appropriate — at no cost to you.
Please note that clearance items, special orders, or bespoke products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
